  1. If you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment we reserve the right to reschedule you.

  2. 24-hour cancellation is strictly enforced. No call/No show for an appointment forfeits one of your package sessions. This also applies to cancellations within less than the 24 hour period prior to your appointment.

  3. Children are NOT allowed in the treatment room. They may also not be left unattended in the waiting area.

  4. NO REFUNDS are given on prepaid packages once they have been initiated. Any funds owed to the client are subject to full price cost PER TREATMENT and any monies owed to client are deducted from that.

 

Any untoward responses such as blistering, etc. must be reported within 72 hours and substantiated with treatment records from a doctor or emergency department. Photographs submitted must also be taken by a doctor or emergency department. You may also come in person to show us any untoward responses as proof. We reserve the right to photograph any pertinent areas for your file to substantiate such claims.

 

We reserve the right to refuse treatment to people who are recently tanned or who are on medications that cause photosensitivity. IT IS THE CLIENT’S RESPONSIBILITY TO INFORM THEIR TECHNICIAN IF ANY RECENT TANNING OR CHANGES IN THEIR HEALTH STATUS HAS OCCURRED SINCE THE TIME OF THEIR LAST VISIT. IF CLIENT IS DEEMED UNFIT FOR TREATMENT (at the discretion of the technician) THIS WILL BE CONSIDERED A LATE CANCELLATION AND SESSIONS WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM PACKAGES ACCORDINGLY.
